Richard Smith, CEO – In 1990 Rich started CDS when he saw an opportunity to utilize his lifelong passion for cars, and give back to the community. He continues to be very involved in making decisions on donated vehicles and which method of sale will bring their highest selling price.
Kathy Elder, Director – After 23 years of management and executive experience in all facets of the staffing industry, Kathy joined CDS in 2013. She manages all of the internal operations within CDS, with her primary focus on charity relationships. This, in turn, has fulfilled Kathy’s own love of working with these wonderful charities and supporting their wide variety of different causes.
Linda Hunter, Donations Manager – Linda joined CDS in 2004 as a donations assistant and quickly worked her way up to Donations Manager. She oversees the Intake Department and all aspects of processing donated vehicles. She is the primary contact for donors. Linda is an integral part of CDS, in that she manages all logistical and day-to-day operations.
Lauren Savignano, Donations Assistant – Lauren came to CDS in 2016, with a strong customer service background. She wears many hats in her daily duties, primarily assisting with the processing of donated vehicles. Despite her various responsibilities, Lauren never falters in ensuring that each donor is treated with the highest level of service.
